The full text of the message is as follow:

In the Name of the Lord of Martyrs and the Truthful
A Heartfelt Gratitude from the Ahl al-Bayt (as) World Assembly to Ahl al-Bayt Followers Abroad for Honoring the Recent Martyrs of Service and Human Dignity in the Islamic Republic of Iran

And whoever leaves his home migrating toward Allah and His Apostle, and is then overtaken by death, his reward shall certainly fall on Allah… (The Qurʼan, Surah Nisaʼ,
4:100)

To the Esteemed Members of the General Assembly,
Honorable Preachers and Representatives,
Heads and Managers of Representative Offices and Local Assemblies,
And all Affiliates and Associates of the Ahl al-Bayt (as) World Assembly within and outside Iran,

Salamun alaykum,

We express our condolences on the pride-inspiring martyrdom of the beloved and popular President, Ayatollah Raisi, Ayatollah Ale-Hashem, Ambassador of Resistance Dr. Amir Abdollahian, Governor of East Azerbaijan Dr. Malek Rahmati, and their honored companions. This event inflicted a profound wound, breaking the hearts of the lovers and devotees of Iran with its shocking and distressing news. We bow down to God in gratitude and acceptance of the Divine decree.

Furthermore, we declare our sincere appreciation for your extensive efforts in commemorating those selfless martyrs of the clear religion of Islam, which truly conveyed eloquent messages with coherent substance. Among them is the fact that the devotees and followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (as) and all the free people in every corner of the world, regardless of religion, sect, denomination, or school of thought, are and will continue to be grateful to the devout, mujahid servants and sincere officials of the Islamic Republic as the sanctuary of the Qurʼan and the Ahl al-Bayt and guardians of the lofty Islamic and human values. By honoring the sublime ranks of the Martyrs of Service and Human Dignity, they wholeheartedly strive for the elevation of the sacred divine system, and with vigilance, alertness, and concern, they remain present and watchful on the fronts of defending human virtues, shattering the ominous dream of the enemies to sow discord, divide the ranks of the followers of the pure Islam of Muhammad (S), and separate them from their servants in Islamic Iran.

Ultimately, and once again in this assembly of the Ahl al-Bayt followers of the world, we sincerely and immensely appreciate all your efforts, dear affiliates and associates, regarding the position of sacrifice, service, and martyrdom, be it through issuing condolence messages and statements of sympathy addressed to the Supreme Leader of the Revolution (may God protect him), traveling and attending mourning ceremonies in Iran, participating and offering condolences in the mourning gatherings of the Iranian representatives abroad, holding supplication and commemoration gatherings for the honorable Martyrs of Service and Human Dignity in various locations and centers outside the country, facilitating commemoration ceremonies and Arbaeen (40th day) events, writing analytical articles and news pieces in newspapers and other print media, delivering speeches and expressing positions on radio and television networks, extensive activities in cyberspace, sharing messages on social networks, reposting on international platforms, responding to divisive doubts raised by adversaries, enemies, and movements of Islamophobia, Shiaphobia, and Iranophobia targeting the youth and new generation, and most importantly, the relentless continuation of mourning-focused activities that raise awareness and insight in the future. We fervently pray to the Almighty for the best destiny for the patient and resilient nation of Iran, the well-being and longevity of His Eminence Ayatollah Khamenei, the leader of Muslims and free people around the world, as well as health, dignity, honor, glory, and ever-increasing divine success for the devotees and followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (as) in every corner of the world in realizing a new Islamic civilization and the advent of the Savior of humanity, the Promised Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance).

Ayatollah Reza Ramazani

In the Name of Allah

Hon. Hujjatul-Islam Mr. Akhtari
Secretary General of the Ahlulbayt World Assembly

Salam alaikum
Formulation of prayer timetables in European countries, especially those which are close to North Pole, has ever faced with problems; therefore, based on different observations and calculations, various prayer timetables have been produced by Shiite centers and mosques in such countries.

In order to reach a unified determination, a number of scientific delegations from the Institute of Geophysics, University of Tehran, were dispatched to the abovementioned areas. The results of accurate investigations are as follows:

1- In areas where natural fajr (normal dawn or daybreak) exists (that is, darkness exists even for a short period of time), the time for FAJR will be when the distance of
the sun from the horizon circle reaches 17.7.

2- However, in areas where natural fajr does not exist (that is, it never gets dark completely, which is called
White Nights), FAJR TIME will be determined as follows:

a. According to Fatwa (religious decree or judgment) of some of Shiite Grand Ayatollahs including Ayatollah Khameni, in such areas, the maximum intensity of light must be taken into consideration as a criterion.

b. According to the astronomical observations of the abovementioned delegations, the time for IMSAK (abstaining from eating to start fasting, for example in Holy Ramadan) will be astronomical MIDNIGHT (that is, 12 hours after noon prayer time); and, 30 minutes after that will be the time for FAJR PRAYER.

So it would be appropriate to adjust all prayer timetables of Shiite centers in London and other European countries (whether in south or north of Europe up to the North Pole) based on the abovementioned observations only.

Mohsen Qomi
Head of Department for International Affairs
Office of Ayatollah Khamenei
